Ryan White Part A Program provides long-term HIV primary medical care and support services for those living with HIV who are uninsured or underinsured. Client eligibility: Proof of HIV Status, identification, and income. Residency requirements: Must reside in Harris, Fort Bend, Liberty, Montgomery, or Waller Counties.
